ALL houses are fully furnished with linen, dishware, pots and pans, BBQ, TV.   MOST have VCR, movies, games, phone, laundry.  SOME have computer internet service, DVD and other features.  Please check the house webpage by clicking on the photo or the link that says "more information", or inquire about specifics.  thewildcoast@aol.com   Please, we prefer weekly reservations during July,  August and holidays (5-7 nights) on these large houses. 
Houses have a complimentary initial setup of soaps, toilet paper, paper supplies, trash bags and dish soap.   You may wish to bring additional supplies with you if needed.
Rates are based on two persons per bedroom, extra bedrooms may be a small additional fee.
These are wonderful PRIVATE HOMES and are subject to change and change of amenities without notice.
The posted rates are the rates that apply, please check the house page for full rate information.   Note that holiday weeks  are charged at Holiday rates, Spring Break is the only exception, that holiday week is priced at the Shoulder Season rate.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, the game room is usually in the garage.
