CHANGES
must be done by email,
listing your name,
the name of the house, and
your arrival date. 
PLEASE EMAIL
Changes MUST be complete no later than 48 hours prior to arrival so that paperwork will be correct for checkin host.
Email all change requests, include all information, you may need to submit a new rental form to reflect changes. 
Substantial changes may incur a small bookkeeping 
fee if paperwork has to be re-worked. Note that dates cannot be changed.

SHOULDER SEASON RATES:
Fall:  Sept 15 -October
Spring:  May - June 14

OFF SEASON RATES:
November through April

   It is never interesting, but still it is important for you to understand our policy so we do not have  misunderstandings.  Please take a moment to read the Policy Page so that both the guest and the homeowner will be happy.  Pet policy, refund
policy, checkin procedures, all are important to
know in advance.  Take a moment to read.

the house just for your arrival as soon as you have filled out the rental form!   Complete steps 2 and 3 to complete your reservation.

DRIVING TO GOLD BEACH?   PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ROAD OVER THE MOUNTAIN THROUGH AGNESS AS THIS ROAD IS NOT WELL MARKED AND IS NOT A GOOD ROAD.  Your driving time will be much longer on this bad road.  We suggest you use hwy 199 between Grants Pass and Crescent City.  This is a good road and will take less time, no chance of getting lost.
