Ocean Breeze is located
on a small bluff overlooking the ocean, in tiny Nesika Beach, just about
6 miles north of Gold Beach.
Large enough for two or even three families to share the house.
Quiet and peaceful, this area has awesome ocean views, quiet surroundings, and the feel of the little beach communities you remember as a child.
The home is lovely, with beautiful furnishings, warm wood floors, several private nooks to snuggle up with a good book, or to watch a movie on the DVD or VCR
HOME LAYOUT:The first bedroom opens into the home with french doors, and looks over the porch and on to the ocean. It features a queen bed.
The second bedroom has comfortable and warm furnishings and a double bed.
The third bedroom is just for kids, the beds are covered wagons (2 twins) and there is even a saddle on the wall!
The fourth bedroom is a master suite with king
bed, bath with jetted tub, and elegant furnishings.
The second bath is in the hall and has a shower.
Twin aerobeds are available by request for additional sleeping.
The house has full amenities with an
entertainment room, full dining room, huge open kitchen, ocean view
living room, wrap around
decks including a covered deck. The yard is fenced for privacy,
one part is fenced for pets.
The house has a full laundry, garage with game room, large yard
with playground.
Ocean breezes, fantastic ocean and wave views, sea birds and sky are what you will see from this large and elegant home by the sea.
Handicap accessible with a ramp to the door. The back deck has a gate so pets and kids can play safely.

ocean view living room is comfortable and the perfect spot for the adults to gather and enjoy the ocean view over coffee. Just behind the living room set is a chair perfect for reading a book. All of this faces the view shown in the first photo at the top of this page. The floor plan is open and wonderful, lots of sunshine, soft color, and views. |

Parents will love the fenced yard for kids and pets. Several areas are fenced, the area to the left is great for pets, the area beyond is a huge yard for kids, complete with playground (see below). Even the deck is designed to keep kids and pets on the deck, with a gate to close. This is the perfect family - friendly home but couples will love it too! | Outstanding ocean views and nearby beach access for hours of beachcombing on the peaceful beaches. Walk or drive about a half mile for beach access to the miles of wide sand beaches. But the views from the house, the yard, and the deck are awesome, so spend your time relaxing and taking in the ocean views and the ocean breeze. |
