These are side by side twin homes, yet are quite private and make a wonderful retreat for your family or group, still at the edge of town and close to everything, yet in a quite end of the beach.

Please note that groups have a special responsibility to the property, and we appreciate the care you give while visiting.  The owner has spent much time finding just the most wonderful furnishings for this pristine retreat, and they want you to appreciate and enjoy it as much as they do.  We will love to have you stay here in quiet Gold Beach, on the wonderful Gold Coast of Oregon!

The beach path is only about 150 feet away, this end of cul-de-sac retreat is private, with a natural area, small seasonal stream, walking paths, nearby restaurants and all town amenities.  Set in a small coastal community of homes, this retreat has the peace and quiet and feel of privacy that you want.  Spend a week here by the sea, your body and soul will leave refreshed.

*Meeting facilities and supplies are available, tables, chairs, catered lunch, crafting areas, this is
the perfect spot for your club's next meeting or your company retreat.

*Perfect for two or three families to be together at the beach, with plenty of privacy for each.

*Cleaning and laundry fee:  One time $10 pp, $120 min for discounted partial cleaning fee, $15 pp, $180 min for full regular cleaning

*Security deposit (completely refundable) for this property is $450 if more than 12 people, or standard $300 deposit for 12 or less.
Fully refundable when property is left in good condition as it was found, with no items moved from place to place and no damage to owners home
