Guest Book of Pelican Point
This is a selection of actual writings left in the guest book in the home, we just picked a few of our favorite ones:
June 2003: Beautiful home! The view was very inspiring and peaceful. Love the beach curtains and comfy bed. The kids loved the beach we found some great treasures. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!
August 2003: The rhythm of the waves and the viewing of many seals was relaxing. What a terrific home to unwind from daily life. We all slept very well in the beds and sometimes napping in the soft leather recliners.
August 2003: What a wonderful place to celebrate our parent's 50th anniversary. The house was perfect and we all loved the beautiful rugs. Thanks so much for sharing your home.
June 2004: How can one justly put the right words to fleeting moments of magic and happiness. This house, beach and sky are our home in our hearts for all time. Our love has grown so big. We will miss our neighbor friends - basking and lolling on their island. We will be back....Thank you!
July 2004: Thank you for opening up your home for us. It is a real pleasure to enjoy everything. We really like the wild Oregon coast. Our kids really enjoyed everything about this vacation. I don't think they will forget this trip either! Your home is a Dream Come True. We hope to be back soon.
July 2004: Absolutely beautiful (postcard) views! After a long drive up the coast, the comfy beds welcomed us and we slept, listening to the sound of ocean waves. Nice!
October 2004: Four charmed days of beautiful sunny days, plus one dramatic rain storm. Thanks!
April 2005: This house is very comfortable with a magnificent ocean view, one we will never forget; the sounds, the changing color, and strength of the sea let you know every day that Mother Nature is boss! We loved the wood in the house, the rugs, the feeling of stability it gives even when the wind and rain are raging! Thank you for sharing your home with us. PS: The bed is wonderful!
Please come and make your addition to the guest book of this "one of a kind" beach house!
