This is a fun house with rich colors, art murals on the wall, great collections, fantastic coastal view, much privacy, and lots of room inside and outside.

House:
Main floor:
Fully equipped kitchen w/ ocean view and black contemporary appliances.
Living room with very nice couch set / dining room  both ocean view
Master bedroom with King bed and fantastic ocean view, bath room with shower.
Second bedroom with Queen bed.
Second Bath in the hallway with tub/shower.
Huge deck the length of the house

Lower level:
Large bedroom and bath, with a shower, Queen bed.
Attached is a  "kids" bedroom, separate but entry is through the other bedroom, or to the outside.   This bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed.

Other:
House has awesome view of the coast and ocean.  It is surrounded by large trees, is very private, has a large lot.

Walk to the beach is possible in summer because the small creek nearby will  usually be dry.  It is necessary to cross two roads, but it is a quiet area and a short walk, or drive and park at the roadside park nearby with picnic tables and restrooms, just about a mile from the house.

Located about 8 miles north of Gold Beach, in a quiet area just north of little Nesika Beach.  Golf Course is just about a mile, the beach is about a quarter mile, trails and hiking are very close.

This is the perfect home for two (maybe three small) families to get together at the beach.  BBQ outside, walk around the area, kids can play in the large yard, trees and wildlife, ocean view, and nearby are miles of wide sand beaches.

The deck is protected from the winds most of the time, so sit outside and take in the sun, sunbathe, or just enjoy the sea air and the view. 

About two minutes to the golf course, 8 minutes to town,  20 minutes to Port Orford,  a minute to the beach, 8 minutes to the famous Rogue River.
