You will now be penciled in for the house and we will watch for your reservation to arrive.
When you submit the form, you will be taken to the Deposit page, where you will see the
printable signature form and the deposit instructions, or click here to go to that page now.
Your reservation deposit is 45% of the rent (rounded off is fine) which is applied to the rent,
you will pay the balance, either by prepay, or on arrival.
