Garage Rec room has full size Ping Pong Table.   Two television sets, DVD, VCR, CD player, fireplace, Spa, huge decks on two levels!

 We prefer to rent by the week in July and August and major holidays, but will rent other times with a two night minimum. 
                              Rates are based on two persons per bed.   Additional beds used over count may be a small additional charge

INCLUDES A COMPLIMENTARY STARTER SET OF PAPER PRODUCTS, HAND SOAP, LAUNDRY SOAP AND DISH SOAP, TRASH LINERS.     (You may wish to bring additional supplies at your discretion)   House is equipped with linen, towels, dishes, kitchenware, washer and dryer. 

GROUPS:   Large groups please note:  The security deposit is $450 for groups of more than 10 people, or more if we feel it is necessary.  As always, this security deposit is refunded if you leave the house the way it is found.   Large groups have a special responsibility to the house, so please be sure all the members of your party are aware of the rules and aware that this is a home with personal items in it, and that you need to treat the house with respect.
