suite with private bath and entrance, as well as private small kitchen.  Perfect for two families!  Great panoramic ocean views from almost every room of this three story house! 
Garage Rec room has full size Ping Pong Table.   Two television sets, DVD, VCR, CD player, fireplace, Spa, huge decks on two levels!

DETAILS:

 We prefer to rent by the week in July and August and major holidays, but will rent other times with a two night minimum. 
                              Rates are based on two persons per bed.   Additional beds used over count may be a small additional charge

INCLUDES A COMPLIMENTARY STARTER SET OF PAPER PRODUCTS, HAND SOAP, LAUNDRY SOAP AND DISH SOAP, TRASH LINERS.     (You may wish to bring additional supplies at your discretion)   House is equipped with linen, towels, dishes, kitchenware, washer and dryer.

Partial discounted cleaning means you will leave with all trash picked up, dishes in dishwasher on,  load of sheets in cleaning, spills and crumbs
wiped up, and in generally neat condition with windows closed, heat turned down and all doors locked securely.  See Central Reservation page.
We prefer to rent by the week (5 nights or more) in July and August and major family Holidays
