	The owner borrowed the colors of the ocean, the        sand, the grass, and the sea, and brought these        inside to decorate this lovely and pristine beach        house.    These colors and textures decorate the        interior of this oceanfront Villa.              Notice the rich leather, the comfortable        places to sit and stare at the sea, the chair in the        corner to read a book, or the library upstairs to        have time alone in a quiet place.
Relax by the fireplace, a great place to sit after     a day at the beach or evening in the hot tub.     The owner has even provided a work desk     if you cannot leave the city behind, and high     speed internet to keep in touch with the world     if you must.
	Sea House offers a full dining room,  notice       the unique ceiling fan that keeps the sea breeze       coming, even inside the house.          The owner took samples of the sea grass, rocks,        all the natural elements and matched the        interior to these.  The effect is to bring the        seaside inside!
Upstairs you will find two master suites,     each with breathtaking ocean views, deck     with glass rails, King bed, and private bath.
	Upstairs in the loft you will find a quiet library,        complete with entertainment center and sofa        sleeper as well.  This little library loft room is the        perfect place to sneak off by yourself with a good        book, or to watch a movie DVD with a friend.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything      you will need, as well as lovely dishes for      your vacation by the Sea.
	Beautiful pieces of furniture, decorator pieces,          and wool rugs furnish this beach house.
Rich color greets you at the door, rich           leather and light wicker, wool rugs,           artwork, and decorator pieces follow           in every room of the house.

The view is what you come here for, and           the beach is right outside the door.   Just           stroll from the house to the beach and           explore the wide sand beaches for miles.          The hot tub is on the deck overlooking          the ocean.

coast. We call this the Banana Belt of the Oregon Coast
because of our sunny warm weather and cool breezes from May thru October!  Sea House is located in Sebastian shores, the lovely little community of homes on the south end of Gold Beach, right on the ocean.
Although Sea House is an attached house to the south, you will not hear a sound but the ocean, and absolutely nothing obscures the views.
