All one level:
In the front door, the dining room with futon, then the living room facing the ocean with views from both rooms. 
To the right is the ocean view kitchen, then down the hall is the first bedroom with King bed which opens to the ocean view deck by a sliding glass door so has wonderful ocean views.   Down the hall find one bath with shower, then two bedrooms at the end of the hall, one with an attached full bath with garden tub.
