This beautiful home is located on a mountain side overlooking the ocean, on ten very private acres.  Only a mile from Gold Beach, but a world away from it all.  The land runs all the way from the hill and house down to the ocean.

Hike the trails, and you can even hike all the way to the beach!  Or just sit on the large deck and look at the vast ocean, the trees, the clear blue sky.   You will see and hear nothing but the trees, the sky, the ocean, the wildlife, the vast beauty of the Oregon coastal region.

House:
First level has the huge deck, the living room, reading nook, dining room, fireplace room, kitchen, laundry, and one bedroom with futon, bath with shower.

Second level has Master bedroom and bath with tub and slate shower, third bath with tub,  two bedrooms and loft/office with computer and internet.

Third level is a small observation tower with awesome views, books, and a telescope.

Hot tub has great ocean views!

Hike the trails to the beach from this house (for hikers), or drive 1/2 mile and park for your choice of quiet beaches.

Office loft	SUMMER AND HOLIDAY RATES: 1-2 person discount rate:     $289 per night / $1850 per week
	3-6 person Standard rate:       $315 per night / $1995 per week
	7 - 9 person group rate:          Add $15 per person per night                                           for additional people 7 - 9.                 Note:  limit 8 adults, or  4-5 adults and kids unless                             previously arranged otherwise. (Rates are based on 2 persons per bed and bath.  Extra beds/baths used will be an extra charge) Cleaning and laundry fee:    Partial discounted cleaning $10 pp $80 min                                                     Standard full clean $15 pp $110 min                                                     See Policy page for full information   Please note: groups will have a $450 security deposit completely and quickly refundable if you leave the house the way it was found.  Please note that groups have a special responsibility to make sure that all members of the group understand the rules, and understand that they will be charged for any damage, extra cleaning, extra utilities, missing items or problems they have caused by their failure to respect this home.
