A 45% non-refundable rental deposit is required to rent your house. ($200 min) by check or money order.

I understand the reservation deposit is non-refundable and I have read the POLICY PAGE, which is made a part of this reservation. I understand that my credit card with ID is required at checkin for any balance and for security deposit. I understand rental of this home is subject to the Policy of this company. Please read about checkin arrangements on the POLICY page as we have set up an arrival schedule for you. Please do not rent a house until you are sure of your choice. Prepay for a cash discount, read below this form.

You will get an email to the address listed above for your final confirmation, when this signature form and deposit check have arrived. Email immediately if this does not arrive.
On arrival you will pay any balance by credit card, and $350 ($450 for large houses) security/damage/cleaning deposit which is fully and promptly refunded if you leave the property as you found it and have followed our policy. A credit card imprint in your name is required at checkin as security even if you prepay the security deposit. Please see policy page made a part of this rental agreement. Please note that changes can be requested up until 48 hours prior to arrival and we will try to accommodate, dates cannot be changed. Fee applies.

NOTE CHECKIN HOURS 3-5pm Monday through Saturday during Season, and 2-4 pm Monday through Friday off Seasons
PLEASE SEE LATE ARRIVALS FOR ARRIVING AT ANY OTHER TIME, you can prepay everything (including security deposit) 10 days in advance for an ANYTIME arrival
and a DISCOUNT TOO!

2. CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN IT ARRIVES
    You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check it for dates and to make sure everything
    is correct. Please note that all information must be correct as of 48 hours prior to arrival,
    no changes can be made after this time. Please email for request of changes and please be
    be sure you have gotten a response. Sorry, NO changes can be made to reservation after this time, and dates cannot be changed
PREPAY YOUR RESERVATION IN FULL (AND THE REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT) BY CHECK AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A 5% CASH DISCOUNT ON THAT BALANCE AMOUNT. Please email for your exact figures and the amount of the
refundable security deposit.   Sorry no checks can be accepted unless they arrive 10 days prior to arrival. This special cash discount cannot be combined
with any other discounts or specials.

NOTE that we suggest you purchase Travel Insurance from someone (for example http://InsureMyTrip.com) to cover any
emergencies that would cause you to change your plans.
