LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS:

If you are making a reservation to arrive within the next week (last minute), please follow the
following procedure  THREE EASY STEPS
PLEASE NOTE you will need to arrive within office hours to check in.

1.        Fill out the appropriate online rental form as usual.   Write "credit card"
            next to your name and then complete steps 2 and 3 below.  Rental page  click here for the form,
                you are penciled in when we receive this form

2.       After you have completed Step 1, call us at 541-247-0898 with your credit card
            information, you may also leave this information on the secure message machine. 
            We need your full name, your credit card number, zip
            code, expiration date on the card, and the V code off of the back of the card, as
            well as your phone number.
           *Please also give us the name of the house you have rented and your arrival date.

3.         Finally, send an email to us at thewildcoast@aol.com that states that you authorize us to put the
            reservation deposit on the card you have phoned in to us, and indicate you have read
            the policy page.   NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO ARRIVE DURING OFFICE HOURS.
            (Sorry, no late arrivals with a phoned credit card!)  Please complete all three steps the same day
            in order to complete your reservation by phone.  You will receive a confirmation email shortly.

                                                                OR

We usually have lots of availability, so for your last minute trip to the coast, just come
    on down!   You can come into our office and rent a house, there are plenty of houses
    available most of the time.   (Office hours are limited, please email for details)

Sorry, we cannot take credit cards over the phone for any reservation on Spring Break,  Holidays, or during the season
except Last Minute arrivals.
