 Please read the Policy Page and then complete the  3 SIMPLE STEPS BELOW:   

1.  Fill out and submit the online Rental form   -  You will get a response in about 24 hrs.

 

2. We will HOLD your house for five days while we wait for your check to arrive.   
           Mail your 45% RESERVATION DEPOSIT CHECK along with your signature form
          


3. Please send a confirmation email about one week prior to your arrival to confirm your date and time of arrival, number of people and pets. 
                Any last minute changes should be completed at this time.  (Note: dates cannot be changed).  All changes must be completed at least 48 hours prior to arrival so
                the paperwork will be correct on checkin.   Email change requests, be sure you get a response.  No changes can be made after the 48 hour prior notice.  No exceptions please.
                High Season checkin hours are 3 - 5:30 pm Monday through Saturday (Till 6 pm on Friday night ), off season checkin hours are 2 - 4 pm Mon-Friday.  See LATE ARRIVAL
                to prepay in advance for any other arrival time.        PREPAY THIS RESERVATION IN FULL FOR A DISCOUNT OF 5% OFF THE RENT, see notes below.
                PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE TRAFFIC DELAYS!! Allow extra time, or prepay everything for an anytime arrival,  see Late Arrival.      
               Off season checkin hours are 2 pm to 4:00 pm Mon - Friday.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*We do offer a prepay cash discount:   Pay all of your reservation by check and your security deposit by separate check to arrive to us
      10 days prior to arrival,  take off a 5% cash discount off the rent.  (No discount on the cleaning fee, pet fee, or tax)  Please Email for your exact balance and
     security deposit amount (security is fully refundable).

* We do suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover your RESERVATION DEPOSIT and expenses in case you have to change your plans.  Please contact a company that sells
     this insurance, such as http://InsureMyTrip.com as they sell insurance to cover these emergencies.   We do not offer insurance.

*DRIVING TO GOLD BEACH?  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROAD BETWEEN GRANTS PASS AND AGNES IS NOT RECOMMENDED AND WILL TAKE
MUCH LONGER,  AS IT IS NOT A GOOD ROAD. 
NEVER  USE THIS ROAD IN SPRING, FALL, OR WINTER!  Please, use  hwy 199 to Hwy 101.
