CHECKIN HOURS:  Off Seasons, Mon - Fri 2 - 4:00 (High Season 3 - 5:30 pm).  Other times and days,  see OFF HOUR ARRIVALS for  instructions to prepay
 Please read the Policy Page and complete the  3 SIMPLE STEPS BELOW:   

1.  Fill out and submit the online Rental form  - You will need to know the name of the house
 

2. We will HOLD your house for five days while we wait for your check to arrive.   
           Mail your 45% RESERVATION DEPOSIT CHECK along with your signature form. 
           (Signature form is located on the confirmation page)

3. Please send a confirmation email about one week prior to your arrival to confirm your date and time of arrival, number of people and pets. 
                Any last minute changes should be completed at this time.  (Note: dates cannot be changed).     
                High Season checkin hours are 3 - 5:30 pm Monday through Saturday.              
               Off season checkin hours are 2 pm to 4:00 pm Mon - Friday.  Other days and times?   Please see LATE ARRIVAL.

*We do offer a prepay cash discount:   Pay the second portion of your reservation by check to arrive to us
      15 days prior to arrival,  take off a 2% cash discount on that second portion.  Please Email for your exact balance.
