The House:
Enter the lower floor with two bedrooms and bath, and the laundry
room and garage. One bedroom has a Q bed, the other has two twins
Second floor has one bedroom, bath, kitchen, living and dining rooms.
The dining room is glass all around with views of the ocean and the
trees. Bedroom has a queen bed.
Aerobed available when you have more than 5 people.
Just outside the door is the hot tub, the tiny stream, the center wetland, and the towering pine
trees that keep this home shaded with dappled shade.
The Town:
Sea View Grotto is located at the very south edge of Gold Beach, so very
nearby you will find shops, restaurants, and all of the amenities of
town.
Nearby:
Drive 6 miles south for world famous Myers Beach where the wind surfers
play
In that same area, rent a horse for the day.
Drive another 50 miles or so south
and see the old Redwood forest, left much as it always has been.
Drive about 7 miles north to play
golf at the course in Gold Beach, tucked in a valley and surrounded by
trees.
Drive 60 miles north to play golf at
the world famous Bandon Dunes
Located at the south end of Gold Beach in quiet and
serene Sebastian Shores, at the end of a private cul-de-sac.
Your family will love this perfect spot, with easy beach access, ocean views, and
private spaces for everyone at the
edge of town and close to everything, yet in a quite end of the
beach.

just steps away you will find a path to the beach, with

The home offers a
sunny fully equipped kitchen, with trees just
outside the window. Eat at the bar or have the whole
family sit around the dining table in the glass room, which
has a very nice view of the ocean.
Ready to read a
book? There are two comfortable reading nooks to curl
up with that book you have been meaning to read.
In the evening watch the sunset, a new color every evening.
Then relax in the hot tub under the trees. |
